Returns & Exchanges

At The Yetee, we want you to love your limited-edition gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Please note that since many of our products are printed-to-order, items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is within the 30-day purchase window and remains in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the items and include a note with your RMA number inside the package to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Send your package back using a traceable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
